Probiotic supplement premix for pigs (swine) Lavipan L500 in the quantity of 60 kg, (with an attached label in the Polish language) with delivery to the Contracting Authority’s warehouse located at the Feed Plant – Robczysko (64-130 Rydzyna). Required premix parameters: - pH: max 7.0, - maximum moisture: 7.0 %. - content of ingredients in 1 kg of product: Fibre 3.0 g Energy value 8800 kJ Phosphorus 0.4 g Calcium 131.2 g Sodium 0.9 g Methionine <0.0005 % Lysine <0.0005 % Crude protein 316 g Crude fibre 2.88 g Crude ash 290 g Crude fat 22.7 g Composition of microencapsulated lactic acid bacteria and live yeast cultures: a. lactic acid bacteria (not less than 10^9 CFU/g): - Lacticaseibacillus paracasei, - Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, - Pediococcus pentosaceus, - Leuconostoc mesenteroides. b. live yeast cultures (not less than 10^7 CFU/g): - Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
