This scope of work provides only for the fitting out of the 3rd floor—conversion for use as a space for free activities at the Primary School Petar Zrinski, in accordance with the issued building permit. The other parts of the school remain unchanged. The third floor is accessed via the main two-flight staircase or by a lift. The third floor will consist of a corridor from which access is provided to the existing flat accessible roof and the existing auxiliary stairwell. From the corridor, access is provided to the day-care/common room, 2 rooms for free activities, the reading room and the media library, an office, a WC for employees Ž, a WC for employees M, a WC for students Ž, and a WC for students M. From the reading room and the media library, access is provided to the existing auxiliary stairwell and the accessible flat roof.
