TENDER DESCRIPTION

In its tender, the supplier must meet the following minimum requirements for the video switcher (HD means 1.5G-SDI and 3G-SDI, UHD is 12G-SDI): • Number of undivided mix effects in HD mode of the video switcher:  required minimum quantity: 4 • Number of undivided mix effects in UHD mode of the video switcher:  required minimum quantity: 2 • 3G-SDI inputs  required minimum quantity: 64 (video switcher in HD mode) • 12G-SDI inputs  required minimum quantity: 32 (video switcher in HD mode) • 3G, 12G-SDI outputs (all outputs present in the video switcher: PGMs, MEs, PVs, CLEAN, ..AUX)  required minimum quantity: 32 • Each other input and output must have the functionality of a format converter – the video switcher in HD mode must have at least the following conversions: 1080i to 1080p and vice versa • Each other input and output must have the functionality of a format converter – the video switcher in UHD mode must have at least the following conversions: 1080i, 1080p to 2160p and vice versa • Number of channels for 3D digital video effects  required minimum quantity: 4 (video switcher in HD mode) • Number of channels for 3D digital video effects  required minimum quantity: 2…
