The contract enters into force on the date the last party signs it. The maximum duration of the contract is 18 months from its entry into force.

The core scope of work for this tender is the provision of services by the contractor to the contracting authority in accordance with Annex I, specifically focusing on the "Preparation and implementation of the pilot survey on company use and productivity impact of AI".

The Statement of Work (SOW) summarizes the core deliverables across two main phases:

Preparation Phase:

• Initial and monthly updates of the Quality Control Plan.
• A Kick-off meeting.
• Country-specific sampling plans for both pilot and mainstage.
• Development of a draft questionnaire script.
• Preparation of source and translated fieldwork materials for the pilot, including data protection notice.
• Creation of a draft datamap and codebook.
• Execution of a pilot test, resulting in a pilot test dataset and both draft and final pilot test reports.
• Final scripts for the survey.
• Preparation of source and translated fieldwork materials for the mainstage, including data protection notice.

Implementation Phase:

• Monthly updates of the Quality Control Plan.
• Access to a fieldwork monitoring dashboard.
• Submission of datasets after 10% and 50% of the gross sample are worked, leading to a draft and final full dataset, including design and calibration weights.
• Final datamap and codebook, with weighting documentation.
• Draft and final versions of the Sampling and weighting report, Data validation and editing report, Quality assurance report, and Technical and fieldwork report.
• Provision of code files for data processing and weighting.
