TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this procurement procedure is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) and the subsequent award of public contracts within the DPS for the provision of services for the contracting authority in the field of the transport of timber and the performance of related activities, including the loading and unloading of timber. The timber will be transported from dispatch locations designated by the contracting authority to the unloading locations. The unloading locations will be specified within public contracts awarded under the DPS, stating the name of the consignee, the railway station (station numbers), and where applicable the GPS coordinates of the unloading location. If requested by the contracting authority, the selected supplier shall also arrange wagons for the timber.
