TENDER DESCRIPTION

The gift cards are intended to be used as gifts for employees and elected representatives of Värnamo Municipality. The procurement is divided into two lots and concerns gift cards in physical and digital form. Värnamo Municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement per lot with one supplier within each respective lot. During 2025, Värnamo Municipality purchased physical gift cards for a value of approximately SEK 1,080,000 and digital gift cards for a value of approximately SEK 135,000. The estimated contract value for this agreement is approximately SEK 4.8 million for physical gift cards and approximately SEK 1.2 million for digital gift cards. The procurement’s maximum volume in SEK per lot: • Lot 1 – Physical gift cards SEK 6,000,000 • Lot 2 – Digital gift cards SEK 2,000,000 The ordering volumes will vary during the contract period and cannot be guaranteed. The largest orders are expected to be placed ahead of Christmas, but the volume may vary from year to year as each respective manager decides whether employees are to be offered gift cards or another Christmas gift.
