TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement comprises a service concession (LUK) regarding the provision, operation and management of a service for physical and digital gift cards. By gift card is meant a value voucher with a pre-determined monetary value that can be used as a means of payment at a specified store, store chain, restaurant or other similar point of purchase. The term store also includes such stores that only sell products, services or experiences on the internet, so-called online stores. See point 3.2 Supply of gift cards in Appendix Requirements Specification for further information on which categories are to be covered by the service.
