Prestació d'un servei extern de suport i assessorament a la Subdirecció General de Promoció Econòmica de la Direcció General d’Activitat Econòmica per a l'impuls i la gestió dels espais controlats de prova (o sandbox) promoguts pels departaments de l’Administració de la Generalitat i del seu sector públic o per ens locals dins de l’àmbit de competències de la Generalitat. Les tasques a desenvolupar per complir amb l’objecte del contracte inclouran les actuacions següents: - Assessorament jurídic, metodològic i operatiu en matèria d'espais controlats de prova, incloent l'anàlisi del marc regulador aplicable. - Elaboració d'informes, notes tècniques i altra documentació d'anàlisi sobre aspectes dels projectes vinculats als espais controlats de prova. - Assessorament en matèria de seguiment i anàlisi dels espais controlats de prova, mitjançant l'estudi de la seva evolució, funcionament i resultats. - Atenció de consultes sobre qüestions puntuals relacionades amb els espais controlats de prova. - Recerca, recopilació i tractament d'informació sobre experiències i iniciatives relacionades amb espais controlats de prova d’altres àmbits.

TENDER DESCRIPTION
Provision of an external service for support and advisory services to the Subdirectorate General for Economic Promotion of the Directorate General for Economic Activity, to drive and manage the controlled testing spaces (or sandboxes) promoted by the departments of the Government of Catalonia and its public sector, or by local entities within the scope of the Government of Catalonia’s competences. The tasks to be carried out in order to fulfil the purpose of the contract shall include the following actions: - Legal, methodological and operational advice on controlled testing spaces, including analysis of the applicable regulatory framework. - Preparation of reports, technical notes and other analysis documentation on aspects of projects linked to controlled testing spaces. - Advice on monitoring and analysis of controlled testing spaces, by studying their evolution, functioning and results. - Handling enquiries on specific matters related to controlled testing spaces. - Research, compilation and processing of information on experiences and initiatives related to controlled testing spaces in other areas.
