TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of maintenance for electrical installations, lightning conductors, air conditioning, gas, heating, domestic hot water, solar energy, biomass boilers, the distribution network and the different substations installed in each of the buildings in the district heating network for educational facilities, lifting devices, automatic doors for facilities and plumbing and generating sets for the buildings and municipal facilities of Sant Pere de Ribes, in accordance with the list contemplated in the inventory of municipal properties.
