TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reserved services contract for providing recovery-agent staff trained at the main waste sites of SMD3. The duties consist of diverting waste from the "Non-Recoverable" stream in contact with users, in addition to the SMD3 waste-site staff (acceptance of green waste, PMCB stream, directing to reuse areas, etc.). Main objectives: Maintain a reduced error rate (< 10 %) in the "Non-Recoverable" stream sent for storage; Optimise performance of the REP streams in order to receive the maximum financial support; Improve the conditions for welcoming users through collaboration between the recovery agents and SMD3 staff (seasonality of green-waste inputs, failure of access-control, etc.). For the waste sites concerned, an additional mission for managing DEA/PMCB streams is planned when the configuration of the waste sites does not allow dedicated containers to be brought to the loading bay.
