TENDER DESCRIPTION

Restricted services contract for providing trained recycling agents at the main waste facilities of the SMD3. The missions consist in diverting waste from the “Non-Valorisable” stream in contact with users, in addition to and in coordination with the SMD3 facility agents (acceptance of green waste, PMCB stream, directing to reuse areas…). Main objectives: Maintain a reduced error rate (< 10 %) in the “Non-Valorisable” stream sent for storage; Optimize the performance of streams under EPR/REP in order to receive the maximum financial support; Improve user welcome conditions through collaboration between the recycling agents and SMD3 agents (seasonality of deliveries of green waste, failure of access control…). For the waste facilities concerned, an additional mission for managing DEA/PMCB streams is provided where the configuration of the waste facilities does not allow the dedicated containers to be brought to the unloading ramp Restricted services contract for providing trained recycling agents at the main waste facilities of the SMD3.
