TENDER DESCRIPTION

This notice aims to establish a framework agreement with purchase orders, awarded to a single supplier, without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of €940,000 excluding VAT over its total duration, the purpose of which is to carry out project management assistance services for monitoring regeneration and masonry bonding works on the RATP network. The services include in particular preparation of the project management assistance assignment, assistance to the direction of the works execution (DET), assistance for the review/approval of execution studies (VISA) and assistance with handover/acceptance operations (AOR). They also include monitoring the construction sites, checking execution documents, monitoring non-conformities, reservations/comments and deliverables, as well as technical and financial reporting of the operations. The details of the expected services are specified in the Special Technical Specifications (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières) and in the professional guidelines attached to the framework agreement project.
