TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this public procurement contract is to subscribe to a "Cyber-risks" insurance policy for the contracting authority group formed by the commune of Bezons and its CCAS. This consultation is launched in the form of an open invitation to tender procedure in accordance with Articles L2124-2 and R2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is reserved for insurance companies and persons authorised to offer insurance operations with or without insurance intermediaries pursuant to Articles L310-1 et seq. and L511-1 et seq. of the Insurance Code. The purpose of this public procurement contract is to subscribe to a "Cyber-risks" insurance policy for the contracting authority group formed by the commune of Bezons and its CCAS.
