TENDER DESCRIPTION
This public contract has the purpose of subscribing an insurance policy for "Cyber risks" for the contracting group made up of the municipality of Bezons and its CCAS. This consultation is launched in the form of an open invitation to tender procedure pursuant to Articles L2124-2 and R2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is reserved for insurance companies and persons authorized to carry out insurance operations with or without insurance intermediaries pursuant to Articles L310-1 et seq. and L511-1 et seq. of the Insurance Code.
