TENDER DESCRIPTION

The public service for the prevention and management of waste (SPPGD) is responsible for organizing the collection and recovery of household and similar waste. Within this framework, the buried and above-ground Voluntary Drop-off Points (PAVE and PAVA) and the Compaction Voluntary Drop-off Point (PAV-C) are among the collection means for Residual Household Waste (OMR), Recyclable Household Packaging (EMR), Newspapers Magazines Journals (JRM), and glass in the Euro-Metropolis of Metz (EMM). This framework agreement concerns: - the manual pre-collection of waste deposited on and around the Voluntary Drop-off Points (PAV), - the secure and hygienic collection, transport, and regular delivery to approved treatment or disposal sites of OMR and glass flows from the PAVE, PAVA, and PAV-C in the territory of the Euro-Metropolis of Metz, - the washing, degreasing, and disinfection of equipment intended for all streams (OMR, EMR, JRM, and glass).
