The public service for waste prevention and management (SPPGD) is tasked with organizing the collection and recovery of household and similar waste. In this context, the Buried and Above-Ground Voluntary Drop-Off Points (PAVE and PAVA) and Voluntary Drop-Off Points with Compaction (PAV-C) constitute one of the collection methods for Residual Household Waste (OMR), Recyclable Household Packaging (EMR), Newspapers, Magazines, Periodicals (JRM), and glass within the Euro-Metropolis of Metz (EMM). This framework agreement covers: - the manual pre-collection of waste deposited on and around the Voluntary Drop-Off Points, - the secure and hygienic collection, transport, and regular delivery to authorized treatment or disposal sites of the OMR and glass streams from PAVE, PAVA, and PAV-C within the territory of the Euro-Metropolis of Metz, - the cleaning, degreasing, and disinfection of equipment designated for all streams (OMR, EMR, JRM, and glass).
