TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the contract is to provide a solution in SaaS mode (software as a service), its integration, implementation, and maintenance in an operational condition of an EPM platform covering our statutory consolidation processes and Group reporting, replacing SAP Financial Consolidation. The contract includes hosting, the right to use the solution (licence), support, maintenance, version upgrades and fixes, and other associated services, as mentioned in the special technical clauses document.
