The contract has an initial duration of 12 months. It is set to commence on January 1, 2027, or on its notification date if that occurs later. The agreement is tacitly renewable three times for additional 12-month periods, resulting in a maximum total duration of 4 years (48 months) including all renewals. A key milestone includes a market launch meeting ("réunion de démarrage du marché") planned within one month following the contract's notification. Additionally, the contractor is required to submit an annual statistical report on their activity on the anniversary date of the public contract.

The core scope of work for this tender involves craning and transport services for naval spare parts. This includes moving these parts between the logistics service warehouses of the Marine located within the Toulon naval base and various external sites of the SLM Toulon.

The services encompassed in this tender are:

• Lifting Equipment with Driver: This includes the rental of cranes with various lifting capacities (ranging from 35 tons to 200 tons) for half-day or full-day operations.
• Transport Equipment with Driver: This covers the rental of crane trucks (40 tons and 92 tons), and "porte char" type transport for materials up to 30 tons, with transport included, available for half-day or full-day.
• Transport Services: General transport services are provided on a half-day or full-day basis.
• Handling Services: This includes handling operations, available for half-day or full-day.

The contractor is obligated to implement all necessary procedures and means to perform the services in strict accordance with the tender specifications, adhering to agreed deadlines, costs, and quality levels, and complying with all applicable approved and European standards. The contractor is bound by an obligation of result.
