TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement concerns preventive and corrective maintenance services, upkeep and repair as well as the carrying out of works on elevator and dumbwaiter installations in the rescue centers and administrative buildings of the Alpes-Maritimes departmental fire and rescue service. This contract aims to ensure the safety of elevator users and third parties in the vicinity of the installations, in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions. To this end, the contractor implements all necessary measures to ensure the maintenance of good working order and safety of the devices. They ensure the execution of these services in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, state-of-the-art rules, good professional practices, and the recommendations of the manufacturers of the equipment concerned.
