TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement covers preventive and corrective maintenance services, upkeep and repair as well as the execution of works on elevator and goods lift installations in the rescue centers and administrative buildings of the Alpes-Maritimes Departmental Fire and Rescue Service. This contract aims to guarantee the safety of elevator users and third parties operating near the installations, in accordance with the regulatory provisions in force. To this end, the contractor implements all necessary measures to ensure the maintenance of the equipment in good working order and safety. The contractor ensures the execution of these services in compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements, standards of best practice, professional best practices, and the recommendations of the manufacturers of the relevant equipment.
