The framework agreement will be implemented through the award of subsequent contracts. Services are paid for by unit prices. Framework agreement without a minimum, but with a maximum of 600,000 euro(s) excluding tax over 3 years. This framework agreement is intended to define the terms governing contracts awarded on its basis, referred to as “subsequent contracts”. The framework agreement holders will be consulted, when the need arises, for the performance of the services. However, Savoie Déchets reserves the right to launch procedures outside the framework agreement for specific exceptional needs due to their complexity or their implementation conditions.
