TENDER DESCRIPTION

This lot concerns the provision of daily cleaning services for buildings and premises of the City of Saint-Louis – Excluding structures dedicated to early childhood and childhood. The City’s sites concerned by the cleaning services are grouped into sectors and designated as follows: -Sector A: City Hall (Main building and administrative annex) -Sector B: Premises of technical services (Municipal technical center and Green spaces department) -Sector C: Cultural equipment and related (Conservatory of Music and Dance, JM Zoellé Forum, Danzas City of arts and rare trades) -Sector E: Sanitary facilities (Cemetery sanitary facilities and public toilets) In addition to the daily cleaning services, certain occasional services are also requested concerning: -The underground car park of Croisée des Lys -Mobile toilets used on the occasion of certain events organized by the City The description of the sites, characteristics of the requested services and their frequencies are presented in the annex of the CCTP.
