TENDER DESCRIPTION

This lot concerns the daily cleaning service of buildings and premises of the City of Saint-Louis – Excluding structures dedicated to early childhood and childhood. The City sites concerned by the cleaning services are grouped into sectors and designated as follows: -Sector A: City Hall (Main building and administrative wing) -Sector B: Premises of technical services (Municipal technical center and Green spaces service) -Sector C: Cultural and related facilities (Conservatory of Music and Dance, JM Zoellé Forum, Danzas City of arts and rare trades) -Sector E: Sanitary facilities (Cemetery sanitary blocks and public toilets) In addition to daily cleaning services, certain occasional services are also requested, concerning: -The underground parking of the Croisée des Lys -Mobile toilets used on the occasion of certain events organized by the City The description of the sites, the characteristics of the requested services, and their frequencies are presented in the annex of the CCTP.
