TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement is intended to provide meals delivered in cold-link (cold-chain) logistics for the municipal school catering service (nursery schools, primary schools, adults), as well as the supply of small breakfasts, snacks, meals, picnics and afternoon snacks (“goûters”) for leisure centres and sports holidays. The commune of Miramas is certified “ECOCERT EN CUISINE” level II (in particular, 40% of food supplies are organic). The holder of this framework agreement shall contribute to maintaining this certification, according to the applicable reference framework.
