TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract governed by this Administrative Specifications Document (CCA) concerns a "SERVER AND SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICE" for the Printing Works of the Bank of France (Banknote Production Directorate) and Europafi, hereinafter referred to as "the Contracting Authority". The contract is carried out jointly by the different Contracting Authorities. The Bank of France is the coordinator of the consortium. This contract covers the maintenance and support of servers and associated equipment with Power processors and AIX system software. The loss of IBM certification (mandatory transmission to the contracting authority of a certification attestation to be provided at each renewal) is a cause for contract termination due to breach by the contractor. The CONTRACTOR does not use any remote access or remote maintenance device and does not require the contracting authority to implement any software and/or hardware device.
