TENDER DESCRIPTION

In accordance with the provisions of the French Public Health Code and the Order of 23 December 2006 establishing the transport prescription reference framework provided for in Article R322-10-1 of the French Social Security Code, this first lot covers ambulance transports of patients falling into the following cases: - The patient has at least one disability or incapacity requiring transport necessarily in a lying down or semi-upright position; - The patient requires transport with monitoring by a qualified person or requiring the administration of oxygen; - The patient requires transport with stretcher handling or carrying, or transport that must be carried out under aseptic conditions. Special case of simultaneous transport of multiple patients: In an ambulance, group transport is only possible for a mother and her newborn or for two newborns from the same siblings.
