TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns audiovisual services as part of construction-site communications for Line C of the Toulouse metro and the Line B Connection. The main services expected for this contract are set out below in a non-exhaustive manner: -Videos / on-site filming of ongoing work, -Reportage and photographic coverage on-site of ongoing work, -Video reportage on-site of ongoing work, events and activities related to the construction sites, -Construction-site presentation videos, -Animation videos, -Live capture and rebroadcasting on a dedicated platform of events and activities related to the life of the construction sites. -Advice and strategy The contract takes the form of a single-awarded framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded without a minimum and with a maximum amount. Maximum amount of the framework agreement for the initial duration of 24 months: 400,000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT) The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 24 months from the date of its notification to the Contractor.
