TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns audiovisual services as part of the site communications for Line C of the Toulouse metro and the Line B Connection. The main services expected for this contract are detailed below in a non-exhaustive manner: - Videos / on-site filming of ongoing work, - Reports and on-site photographic coverage of ongoing work, - Video reports on-site of ongoing work, of events and demonstrations related to construction sites, - Construction site presentation videos, - Animation videos, - Live capture and re-broadcasting on a dedicated platform of events and demonstrations related to the life of the construction sites. -Advice and strategy The contract takes the form of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount. Maximum amount of the framework agreement for the initial term of 24 months: 400,000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT) The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 24 months from the date it is notified to the Contracting Party (Titulaire).
