TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract covers the reception and surveillance of Angers Town Hall and its annexes at night, on weekends and public holidays, as well as occasional daytime reception services. Awarded through an open invitation to tender, it takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, with a single contractor, with no minimum and with a maximum amount of EUR 1,136,000 excluding VAT over four years. Its initial duration is two years from the date of notification, renewable once for a further two years.
