TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract has as its purpose the provision of actuarial study services, advisory services, assistance with financial management/steering, and the redesign and/or maintenance of projection tools for all pension schemes administered by CNBF. This contract is a standard public contract with mixed pricing, concluded in accordance with Articles R. 2112-6 et seq. of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique). The estimated total amount of the contract is EUR 600,000 ex VAT (HT) over its total duration. It combines two distinct modes of remuneration and performance: 1. An annual fixed component: • It covers the recurring actuarial study services that are required annually and corrective maintenance. • These services apply by right from the notification of the contract, without the prior issuance of a purchase order. • They are remunerated on the basis of a fixed firm price appearing in the unit price schedule (BPU). 2. A unit-price component under purchase orders: • It covers specific and one-off prospective studies (reform projects, equity analyses, etc.), additional simulations, training activities, as well as the tool’s developmental maintenance and…
