TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract has the purpose of providing actuarial study services, advice, assistance with financial management, and the redesign/maintenance of projection tools for all schemes managed by CNBF. This contract is an ordinary public contract with mixed pricing, concluded pursuant to Articles R. 2112-6 and subsequent articles of the Public Procurement Code. The total estimated amount of the contract is €600,000 excluding tax (HT) over its total duration. It combines two distinct methods of remuneration and execution: 1. An annual lump-sum portion: • It covers the recurring mandatory annual actuarial study services and corrective maintenance • These services apply by right from the notification of the contract without issuing a purchase order in advance. • They are remunerated on the basis of a firm fixed lump-sum price stated in the unit price schedule (BPU). 2. A unit-price portion based on purchase orders: • It covers specific and one-off forward-looking studies (reform projects, equity analyses, etc.), additional simulations, training actions, as well as the evolutionary maintenance of the tool and the major change or redesign of the Excel projection tool. • These…
