TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement with purchase orders, single-award. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one (1) year from 1 March 2027, or from the date of notification of the contract to the holder if this occurs after the planned date (date of acknowledgment of receipt as proof). An exception is made for services relating to water sampling and analysis, the execution of which will begin on 1 May 2027, corresponding to the end of the previous contract. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its term. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of the renewal period is 12 months.
