TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement with purchase orders, single-award. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial duration of one (1) year starting from March 1, 2027, or from the date of contract notification to the holder if this occurs after the expected date (date of acknowledgment of receipt as proof). An exception is made for services relating to water sampling and analysis, the execution of which will begin on May 1, 2027, the date corresponding to the end of the previous contract. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its term. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months.
