In view of the increase in the number of claims not covered by the existing insurance policies, in particular in the construction sector, and given the refusal by representatives of the insurance companies of the parties involved to engage in dialogue with Parliament, it was deemed necessary to call on the services of specialised companies in order to represent the Institution’s interests in these claims.
