TENDER DESCRIPTION
In view of the increase in the number of claims not covered by the insurance policies in force, in particular in the field of construction, and in view of the refusal by representatives of the insurance companies of the parties involved to engage in dialogue with the Parliament, it was deemed necessary to make use of the services of specialized companies to represent the Institution’s interests in these claims.
