TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the subscription and management of an insurance policy covering third-party liability risks through an open tender procedure in accordance with Articles R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is reserved for insurance undertakings and persons authorised to carry out insurance operations pursuant to Articles L.310-1 and following and L.511-1 and following of the Insurance Code. The contract is awarded for a maximum duration of four (4) years starting from 1 January 2027, with, for each party, the option to terminate on the expiry of 1 January of each year, notified by the party taking the initiative to the other party by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The termination notice period is six (6) months (Article L.113-12 of the Insurance Code in the version in force since 28/05/2026) when termination is at the initiative of the insurer, and 4 months when termination is due to the policyholder.
