TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the subscription and management of an insurance contract covering civil liability risks, through an open tender procedure pursuant to Articles R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is reserved for insurance companies and persons authorised to carry out insurance operations under Articles L.310-1 et seq. and L.511-1 et seq. of the Insurance Code. The contract is awarded for a maximum duration of four (4) years from 1 January 2027, with, for each of the parties, a right to terminate effective on 1 January of each year, notified by the initiating party to the other party by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The termination notice period is six (6) months (Article L.113-12 of the Insurance Code, in its version in force since 28/05/2026) when the termination is initiated by the insurer, and 4 months when it is at the request of the policyholder.
