The services will be paid for by applying unit prices (unit with a lump-sum price) stated in the financial response submission form. The framework agreement is concluded, in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, without any minimum amount but with a maximum amount valid for the entire duration of the contract, specific to each lot - Lot 1: Car insurance for employee missions: €396,983.60 including VAT; The amount of the framework agreement is estimated over the duration of the framework agreement, for information purposes, as follows: - Lot 1: Car insurance for employee missions: €305,372 including VAT; This is a financial estimate provided for indicative purposes only and does not constitute a contractual commitment.
