The services will be settled by applying unit prices (flat-rate unit) stated in the financial response framework. The framework agreement is concluded, in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, without any minimum amount but with a maximum amount valid for the total duration of the contract, specific to each lot - Lot 1: Motor vehicle insurance for employees: €396,983.60 incl. VAT; The amount of the framework agreement is estimated over the duration of the framework agreement, for information purposes, as follows: - Lot 1: Motor vehicle insurance for employees: €305,372 incl. VAT; This is a financial estimate provided for indicative purposes only and does not constitute a contractual commitment. This framework agreement is single-awardee.
