TENDER DESCRIPTION
This is a single services contract, with the purpose of providing « statutory risks » insurance services for the employees of the municipality and the CCAS of Petite-Île. Taking out a « statutory risks » insurance contract will enable the municipality to cover its employees affiliated with the CNRACL against financial risks related to the statutory social protection of its staff, in accordance with the provisions of the General Code of the Public Service, which entered into force on 01 March 2022 This is a single services contract, with the purpose of providing « statutory risks » insurance services for the employees of the municipality and the CCAS of Petite-Île.
