TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contractor will be responsible for calculating the commitment of the supplementary scheme funded by capitalization, as well as for other actuarial-consulting services relating to pharmacists’ retirement schemes (pay-as-you-go and funded) and life-protection. The content will be determined by the team in charge of running the schemes. This contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders with a single economic operator in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1 1° and R. 2162-1 and following of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique).
