TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contractor will be responsible for calculating the commitment of the supplementary scheme funded by capitalisation, as well as for other actuarial-advisory services relating to the pharmacists’ pension (funded by distribution and capitalisation) and protection schemes, the content of which will be determined by the team in charge of overseeing the schemes. This contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders, with a single economic operator, in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1 1° and R. 2162-1 and following of the Public Procurement Code.
