TENDER DESCRIPTION

Regarding Press Relations, services notably include:  creating, updating, and segmenting a press contact database (regional, national, and specialized press) for print, web, radio, TV;  drafting press releases for operations of national scope (about 20/year) as well as associated dossiers, key messages, press responses related to these operations;  distributing and following up with journalists during press operations conducted;  coordinating interviews;  conducting 2 media training sessions per year for the General Director and one of his deputies, and specific media training for particular press operations (e.g., TV interviews);  handling media requests of national scope or of a sensitive nature;  monitoring and quantitatively and qualitatively analyzing press coverage following each press operation;  transmitting press coverage via Cision on a weekly basis;  strategic recommendations and proposals for editorial angles.
