TENDER DESCRIPTION

Regarding Press Relations, services include notably: • the creation, updating and segmentation of a press file (regional and national as well as specialized press) print, web, radio, TV; • the drafting of press releases for nationwide operations (around 20/year) as well as files, talking points, press responses associated with these operations; • distribution and follow-up with journalists within the framework of the press operations conducted; • the coordination of interviews; • the provision of 2 media training sessions per year for the Director General and one of his deputies, and one specific media training session for particular press operations (e.g. TV interviews); • handling media requests of national scope or of a sensitive nature; • monitoring and quantitative and qualitative analysis of press coverage after each press operation; • weekly transmission of press coverage via Cision; • strategic recommendations and proposals for editorial angles.
