TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks a qualified contractor for Lot No. 1, focusing on communication consulting services, visual identity management, creation of communication tools, and comprehensive website management for the EPA Nice Écovallée project. The scope encompasses defining and deploying communication mechanisms to enhance project visibility, including graphic adaptations, design of various print, video, and digital communication tools, alongside full digital strategy consulting, website evolution, maintenance, hosting with high availability and security, and ensuring RGAA accessibility compliance. Key technical requirements include providing a ticketing/bugtracking tool, performing RGAA audits, and robust website hosting. The framework agreement has an initial duration of one year, tacitly renewable three times for a total maximum of four years, with a maximum value capped at €400,000 excluding VAT. TENDER BRIEF

The deadlines for each service under Mission 1 are specified in the Mixed Price Schedule (BPM) and are expressed in working days, commencing from the notification date of the purchase order until the final deliverable is submitted by the contractor. These deadlines are suspended during the EPA's intermediate validation phases.
