TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the implementation of its traffic observatory and for specific and occasional circulation study requirements, Saint Etienne Métropole wishes to have carried out in its territory services for traffic counting, analysis or dynamic simulation. At the request of the various operational departments, the service provider may carry out, on all roads within the metropolitan area, in built-up areas and outside built-up areas (non-exhaustive list): - Directional counts - Automatic counts - Active mode counts (bicycles, pedestrians, EDP) - Surveys: Origin/destination - Parking surveys - Functional analysis of malfunctions and reporting - Dynamic simulation. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
