TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of implementing its traffic observatory and for specific and occasional traffic study requirements, Saint Etienne Métropole wishes to have services for traffic counting, analysis or dynamic simulation carried out in its territory. The service provider may, at the request of the various operational departments, carry out (non-exhaustive list) across all roadways in the metropolitan territory, both within and outside urban areas: - Directional counts - Automatic counts - Active mode counts (bicycles, pedestrians, EDP) - Surveys: origin/destination - Parking surveys - Functional analysis of malfunctions and reporting back - Dynamic simulation. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The amount of the services for the initial period of the framework agreement is a maximum of EUR 250,000 /VAT excl.
