TENDER DESCRIPTION

The CEA wishes to set up a multi-award framework agreement, 2 Contracting Parties, whose services, in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU), include in particular: * Design: - preliminary studies, - definition of the components, - preparation of plans, - revision of a component. * Static simulation: - preliminary studies, - preparation of the numerical model, - studies of the stress states, - studies of thermal expansion phenomena, - other services. * Dynamic simulation: - preliminary studies, - preparation of the numerical model, - carrying out a bar drop test, - carrying out a free-fall drop test, - carrying out a drop test on a punch, - other services. The services listed above are requested by the CEA and are independent of one another. However, the CEA may place a request for design and simulation (full process) which will involve the use of multiple BPU items indicated above. The framework agreement also provides for a service on a prior lump-sum quotation. The framework agreement is planned for a duration of 60 months, including 36 firm months and 24 optional months (split into 12-month tranches).
