TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service will be carried out in a secure room adjoining the centre’s collective restaurant. This location offers an area of approximately 25 m² including a counter area and a storage area. The services that may be provided include: • Dry cleaning, ironing, shoe repair, tailoring, • Assistance with administrative procedures (registration certificate, vehicle inspection…), • Sending and receiving parcels, • Washing and cleaning vehicles, • Organisation of vehicle inspections, scheduled servicing and repairs, • Delivery of fruit/vegetable/meat/other baskets… : the baskets will be delivered once per week (or at another frequency depending on needs), • Specific orders for bread and pastries... • Liaison with service providers: babysitting, housekeeper/cleaner, gardener, tutoring/academic support, IT breakdown support… • Mini emergency shop: sale of stamps, handkerchiefs, tights, bandages/plasters, coffee, jam, honey, coffee capsules, tea... • Postal service: postage and daily submission of registered mail on request, • Flower delivery, • Special deals, • Organisation of one-off events for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day… The Contractor will propose, run and take…
