Lot N°1: Consulting and assistance in UX/UI
The services include, but are not limited to:
- Workshops: Simple and complex framing workshops, rapid and advanced collaborative workshops.
- Audits: Simple, complex, and full site user journey audits; accessibility audits for a few templates, several templates, or an entire site.
- Research & Analysis: Targeted and in-depth benchmarks; data analysis for a user journey or a complete site/sub-site.
- Design & Prototyping: Wireframe creation or evolution (component, a few templates, several templates, or entire site); mock-up creation or evolution (component, a few templates, several templates, or entire site).
- Content Strategy: Simple and advanced editorial recommendations and rewrites.
- Testing: Rapid tests for simple and complex user journeys; qualitative tests.
Lot N°2: Consulting and assistance in development, integration, and maintenance
The services include, but are not limited to:
- Functionality Development: Improvement of existing functionality; creation of new functionality (Level 1, 2, or 3).
- Graphic Integration: Integration of new graphic evolutions for a page, a vertical, or an entire site.
- Site/Platform Creation: Creation of a new page or universe; creation of a new vertical (Level 1, 2, or 3); creation of a new back-office; creation of the foundation for a new content site and its back-office.
- Maintenance & Support: Simple application maintenance; 15-hour on-call service during the week (evening/night); 24-hour on-call service during the weekend.
- Consulting & Operations: Framing and consulting workshops; technical optimization consulting; DevOps intervention.
- Hosting: Hosting of a recipe environment for 1 week, 1 month, or 3 months.
